okay,i still havent read this,but ive read the other one,umm..something about Provence...it was a great book.it had a really nice cover and peter mayle's style of writing was fluent and very entertaining.that was one of my favourite books. it was a real life story of his travels and experiences in France and all the yummy delicacies he'd sampled there. especially the delicacies. once i finished reading that book i just HAD to have plenty of garlic bread...that book was,in my own opinion, DELICIOUS. all in all an enjoyable read.i kept reading it again and again and it has foodstains on it now.therefore,this book must also be good.
