Anne Stuart

Anne Stuart has written 2 books.

Anne Stuart is a prolific American romance novelist, publishing since the mid-1970s across categories, gothic romance, and dark romantic suspense, known in particular for anti-hero love interests -- morally compromised, dangerous men redeemed only partly, if at all, by the story's end. She has written well over ninety novels, won multiple RITA Awards from Romance Writers of America, and was inducted into the RWA Hall of Fame, with series such as the Ice novels standing among her best-known work. In this catalogue she appears as one of three co-authors, alongside Jennifer Crusie and Eileen Dreyer, of The Unfortunate Miss Fortunes (2007), and alongside Crusie and Lani Diane Rich on Dogs and Goddesses (2009) -- multi-author collaborations that sit outside her long solo backlist and pair her taste for morally shaded romance with Crusie's comic dialogue and her co-authors' own genre instincts.
