Eileen Dreyer

Eileen Dreyer is an American novelist and former trauma nurse whose clinical and forensic background -- including work as a sexual-assault nurse examiner and deputy coroner's investigator -- feeds directly into her medical thrillers and romantic suspense. Writing under her own name and, for category romance, as Kathleen Korbel, she has published across both genres since the late 1980s, winning multiple RITA Awards from Romance Writers of America along the way.
