Kelsie Rae

Kelsie Rae has 10 known credited books (10 published) across 2 series. Start with Signature Sweethearts.

Kelsie Rae is an American contemporary and dark romance novelist who wrote her first novel in secret, without telling her husband or family, after having her first child and reading a romance novel a week for months on end. That manuscript became Taking the Chance (2018), the debut entry in her Signature Sweethearts series and the start of an unplanned writing career that has since grown into a catalogue of roughly forty books across a dozen series.

Her work spans two distinct registers: emotionally driven small-town contemporary romance, as in Signature Sweethearts, and darker mafia and casino-world romance built around rival crime families, as in her Advantage Play series. Rae has cited her background in photography and her love of baking as recurring influences on the sensory detail in her writing. She raises three children, whom she affectionately calls her "little monsters," and continues to release new romance titles regularly.
