Michael White

Michael White is a British-Australian writer, broadcaster, and former musician who joined James Patterson's Private series as a co-author, contributing Private Down Under, the Australia-set installment of the international franchise built around Jack Morgan's global investigation agency. Before turning fully to prose, White was a founding member of the 1980s rock band Thrashing Doves and later built a career as a science writer and biographer. White's earlier books include popular biographies of major scientific figures such as Isaac Newton and Charles Darwin, as well as accessible popular-science titles, giving him a reputation for translating complex ideas for general readers well before his thriller-writing work.
