About A Coven of Three Trilogy

A Coven of Three is Nora Roberts's newly announced witch trilogy, opening with Birth of the Witch (November 17, 2026, St. Martin's Press). The story is built around Niamh McShane, a girl born a witch and executed as one during the Salem-era persecution that reached her home on Piety Island at age thirteen -- and Neve McShane, her descendant, who discovers her own witch heritage on her thirteenth birthday more than three centuries later. A magical pendant links the two timelines as Neve, helping her aunts run a magical shop, begins having visions of a young Irish man named Caden Quinn from centuries past while an approaching darkness closes in.

Only the first book has a confirmed title and date so far; Roberts's publisher has not yet released titles or dates for books two and three. As with her other trilogies (The Lost Bride Trilogy, Sign of Seven, Circle), expect a linked, multi-generational witch story told across three books with a new point-of-view thread each time.
