About the Liz Danger series
Liz Danger is a three-book comic mystery series by Jennifer Crusie and military-thriller writer Bob Mayer, set in the small town of Burney, Ohio, where Liz has just returned after fifteen years away. Lavender's Blue (2023) opens on the worst possible homecoming: Liz is back only to deliver her mother's birthday present when she's pulled over for speeding and then finds out her first love is marrying the town's most eligible woman, all while a body turns up and pulls her into a murder investigation alongside Vince Cooper, a former Army Ranger and NYPD cop who's landed in Burney for reasons of his own.
