About the Thea Stilton series
Thea Stilton is Geronimo's globe-trotting sister -- a special correspondent for The Rodent's Gazette who would rather be jumping out of a plane over the Amazon than sitting at a desk. Where Geronimo's own series sends a reluctant hero into adventure against his will, Thea's spin-off flips the formula: she's the one seeking out danger, alongside the five students of Mouseford Academy known as the Thea Sisters -- Colette, Nicky, Pamela, Paulina and Violet -- who travel the world solving mysteries, chasing legends, and uncovering hidden treasures from the Great Wall of China to the Amazon rainforest.
Created by Elisabetta Dami as a companion line to the main Geronimo Stilton series, Thea Stilton keeps the same maximalist colored-typography format and short, breezy chapters, but leans harder into globe-spanning adventure and a genuine sisterhood-of-five ensemble cast rather than Geronimo's solo reluctant-hero comedy. It's aimed at a similar age range but skews slightly toward readers (many girls in particular) who want more adventure and less bumbling alongside their cheese puns.
