About the Aston University series

Aston University is a new dark-academia-adjacent series from Devney Perry, opening with The Secrets of Clarence Manor, which follows three roommates, Ivy, Elora, and Cassia, living together in a manor on the campus of the wealthy, secret-currency-obsessed Aston University. Each woman is hiding something: Cassia ran from her past, Elora hides behind an ice-princess front, and Ivy, at the center of the group's web of lies, disguises her own mistakes behind a beautiful mask. As romantic entanglements pull at each of their carefully guarded secrets, the series promises a soapy, gossip-and-scandal register closer to Gossip Girl or Pretty Little Liars than Perry's small-town contemporary work.

The book was originally published in 2022 under Perry's Willa Nash pen name as Ivy, a Kindle Unlimited-exclusive new adult romance set at the same Clarence Manor with the same three leads. The 2026 release under Perry's own name, retitled The Secrets of Clarence Manor and rebranded as Aston University Book 1, is a wide-release edition of that same story rather than a new book, making this her first series to move from the Willa Nash line to her main catalog.

How to read this series

Start with The Secrets of Clarence Manor, the only entry currently branded under the Aston University name. If you already own or have read Ivy by Willa Nash (2022), you've read this book already under its original title; there's no need to read both.
